By accessing and using the FlagFree website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

FlagFree provides assessment and consulting services to assist qualifying South African consumers with the removal of debt review indicators from their credit profiles, subject to the National Credit Act.

3. No Guarantees

While we strive to assist all our clients, we do not guarantee the successful removal of a debt review flag, as this depends on individual circumstances and legal requirements. Furthermore, removal does not guarantee approval for future credit.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the assessment process. FlagFree is not liable for any delays or failures resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.
